The Punjab School Education Department has approved the increase in dearness allowance for computer teachers working under the Punjab Information and Communication Technology Education Society (PICTES). The department has announced to release 33 percent additional dearness allowance to all regular computer teachers.
Will increase from 148 percent to 181 percent
After this increase, the dearness allowance of computer teachers will increase from 148 percent to 181 percent. According to the notification, this increase has become effective from January 1, 2025, that is, the new dearness allowance will be included in this month’s salary.
