A woman in Kapurthala has accused Pastor Barjinder Singh of Jalandhar, Punjab of sexual harassment. After the woman’s complaint, the police have registered a case. After which the pastor called the woman’s allegations baseless and said that if the case against him is not canceled, he will close Punjab on March 12.
Action will be taken on violation of law
After the pastor’s announcement of Punjab bandh, now the police’s statement has come out on this. SP Manpreet Singh said that he came to know through social media that on the coming 12th, a call has been given by Pastor Barjinder Singh and his supporters to close Punjab.
Warning, he said that if any kind of law is violated, legal action will be taken against him. Kapurthala’s City Police Station has registered a case against Pastor Barjinder Singh. The case is being investigated by the district police officers.
Know what is the whole matter
The woman from Kapurthala told in her complaint that Pastor Barjinder Singh conducts Christian Satsang in Tajpur village of Jalandhar. Her parents started going to this Satsang in the year 2017. From there he took my number and started talking nonsense with me. I started getting scared of such messages. She was also afraid of telling these acts to her parents, but his series of talking wrong things on the phone continued.
The victim woman further told that after that in 2022, he started making me sit alone in the cabin in the church on Sundays. Whenever she was alone in the cabin, he used to come to the cabin and touch her inappropriately. Due to which she is very scared. She feared that he would get us killed. If she and her parents, husband and brother suffer any loss of life or property, then Barjinder Singh and Avtar Singh will be responsible for it.

Pastor Bajinder said that all the allegations made by the woman are baseless. There is no truth in the allegations and a fabricated story has been created. As far as going behind the college is concerned, it must have been recorded in some camera. Everyone in the entire church knew that she was suffering from an evil spirit. Propaganda is being prepared against me.
