A ship cleaning an oil spill in a river in South China collided with a small boat. 11 people have died in this accident and five others are reported missing.
Collision between ship and small boat
According to media reports, this incident happened on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, 19 people fell into the water when a ship and a small boat collided in the Yuanshui river in Hunan province. However, three people were rescued in time.
Search operation continues
The accident happened at a place where the river is more than 60 meters (200 feet) deep and 500 meters (1,600 feet) wide on average. Search operation is currently underway.
