An Indian student who went to America for studies was shot dead. The deceased has been identified as Praveen. The incident took place in Wisconsin Milwaukee area. In the last 5 months, 3 Indian students have lost their lives. Police have taken the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem.
Praveen was studying MS
The deceased’s brother Arun told that Praveen was studying MS in America. On Wednesday, his friends found his dead body on the road. After this, they informed the police. Police has taken the body for post-mortem.
Called father before dying
Arun further told that Praveen had called his parents before the murder. But they were sleeping at that time, so they could not pick up the phone. When they came to know about this incident, they have become very upset due to crying. No one has been arrested in the case so far.
Demand for intervention from the central government
The Telangana government has demanded the central government to intervene in this matter and said that the victim’s family should be given justice as soon as possible in this case. The victim’s family has also demanded to bring the son’s body to India.
