There will be 2 consecutive holidays in Punjab from tomorrow. According to the list of holidays of the Punjab government, tomorrow i.e. Saturday, there will be a government holiday on International Women’s Day. Apart from this, the next day is Sunday, so there will be a holiday on this day too. The government has declared March 8 as a reserved holiday in the state, which will be for government employees. However, schools and colleges in the state will remain open as usual on March 8.

But government employees will have the option to take leave. This means that if a government employee wants to take leave on this day, he can take this leave. Along with this, the festival of Holi is being celebrated on March 14 across the country. In view of this, the Punjab government has declared a holiday on this day. Schools, colleges and offices will remain closed across the state on this day.
