The Haryana government has declared four days of local holiday in the government schools of the state. A letter has also been issued regarding these holidays. Let us tell you that these holidays have been declared in view of religious and cultural perspectives, which will benefit students and teachers.
Apart from these holidays, schools in Haryana will also remain closed on Sundays and other government holidays.
These holidays are
18 April – Good Friday
12 May – Buddha Purnima
10 October – Karva Chauth
25 November – Guru Teg Bahadur Martyrdom Day
