An accident has happened in Jagraon, Punjab this morning. Two canters collided fiercely near village Sohiya on Ludhiana-Ferozepur highway. Due to this, the driver of the canter along with two people have been seriously injured. The condition of the canter driver is very critical due to which he has been referred to a higher center. The condition of the injured persons is very bad, so they have not been identified yet.
Both canters collided with each other
Two canters were coming from Ludhiana to Jagraon on NH 95 highway Ludhiana-Ferozepur. As soon as these canters started going down the bridge near village Sohiya, the driver of the front canter applied brakes due to some vehicle coming in front. Due to this, the canter coming from behind hit it from behind, due to which the front part of the canter was completely shattered.
Canter driver seriously injured
Due to this accident, both the canter driver and the cleaner have been seriously injured. The police has been informed about the accident. They called for an ambulance and took both the injured people to the hospital. The broken part of the canter was removed from the highway and the road was repaired properly again.
