Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar, founder of the world famous non-governmental organization Art of Living, will hold a session on the importance of knowledge and meditation in our lives in the program Gyan Ke Moti at Harshila Resort on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana on February 19. Giving information, Rajan Mittal, member of the apex body of the organization Punjab and teacher Sunaina Chaudhary said that before the arrival of Gurudev, meditation sessions, satsang and Guru Pooja are being organized at various places in the city such as temples, parks and public places.
People are able to experience peace of mind and inner energy by participating in these sessions and want to be a part of this program in the presence of Gurudev. He invited the people of the city and all the people from the surrounding cities to participate in the program Gyan Ke Moti.
Art of Living is a non-governmental organization which is engaged in various types of social service in 185 countries of the world. It was due to the efforts of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar that the United Nation decided to celebrate 21 December as World Meditation Day.
