A major train accident has happened in Fatehpur, UP. In which two goods trains collided head-on. After this train accident, the loco pilots of both the trains have been seriously injured. The collision was so severe that the engine and the guard’s coach of a goods train derailed.
As soon as the accident was known, senior railway officials reached the spot. The first goods train standing on the DFCCIL track in Pambhipur due to lack of signal was hit from behind by another goods train. Thankfully, there was no loss of life in this accident.
The loco pilots have been admitted to a nearby hospital. Rail traffic is badly affected due to the accident. Many trains have been stopped. Routes of some have been changed. The railway administration has ordered an investigation.
