This meeting lasted for about 4 hours, but it did not yield any result. After this meeting, Central Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the talks from both sides were positive and purposeful. He also told the date of the next meeting which will be held on May 4.

28 farmer leaders arrived with Dallewal

Let us tell you that on behalf of the farmers, 28 farmer leaders had arrived with SKM leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal and Kisan Mazdoor Morcha convenor Sarwan Singh Pandher. Today is the 114th day of Jagjit Singh Dallewal’s hunger strike. According to the information, he reached Chandigarh in an ambulance from Khanauri border. On the other hand, Piyush Goyal, Shivraj Chauhan and Prahlad Joshi were present from the Center. Apart from Punjab government minister Harpal Singh Cheema, other ministers are present in the meeting.
