The victim had come to buy goods

The victim Rajiv Kumar told that he had come to Dilkusha Market to buy goods. During this, he parked the Activa outside and went to the shop to buy goods. When he came back, he saw that the Activa was not at the place where it was parked. When the CCTV was checked, the entire incident came to light in it.
